Tires Plus

I had a very disappointing experience at this shop. I came in because I had a nail in my tire, and the mechanic immediately told me the tire was useless and that I needed to buy a new one. It felt like they were more interested in making a sale than actually helping me. I decided to get a second opinion, and another tire shop down the street inspected the same tire and was able to plug it without any issues. The tire was completely repairable, which makes me question the honesty of the recommendation I received. I won’t be returning to this shop, and I would encourage others to get a second opinion before agreeing to expensive repairs or replacements.

Stopped in today for inspections on my tires and tire sales if any specials. The Manager his name is WILL was Soo professional and courteous. He immediately checked my tires and gave me peace of mind that I didn't need tires right away and didn't try to upsale me at all. I just love the honesty and recommendations !!!. Great guy 💯 👍

Ash was amazing! I had a flat tire close to closing time, and the technician went above and beyond by staying late to make sure it was repaired properly. Their dedication, professionalism, and willingness to help after hours were greatly appreciated. It’s rare to find customer service like this these days. Thank you for taking the time to get me safely back on the road. Highly recommend!

Traveling through Port St. Lucy and had a flat tire that needed to be replaced. The staff here are absolutely incredible! Their prices beat every other place that we've gotten quotes from so we decided to have all 4 replaced. They were very efficient and got us back on the road within a couple hours. Joe and Craig, THANK YOU so much for all of your help and the great service that we received.

Tires Plus guys are excellent and very reliable every time. We fixed multiple vehicles with them and they did fast and reliable work always. Sure some things were $ but that's just nature of car repairs especially if you have older vehicle. Guys at Tires Plus are extremely helpful. When I brought them my old hybrid, they knew what they could repair and what is best done at dealership. My old hybrid was at the end of it's life and they didn't try to drain my money to perform repairs that would be costly and would not help in a long run. They didn't try to mess with things that they were not experts in and that list is very small by the way. This time I stopped by with my brand new leased vehicle that I just had serviced at dealership and was skeptical about service dealership provided. TiresPlus guys looked at areas of my concern and gave me peace of mind. They were examining carefully and didn't charge me a dime. They also topped off my liquids for free as well. I absolutely appreciate their tentative manner and the fact that they are there for the work they love to do, not just the money like most places out there. Thank you Tires Plus, you got yourself returning customer:)
